Cricut Giveaway

Provo Craft is celebrating the 100th cartridge for the Cricut machine with a giveaway. Each week they will post a thread on the message board at Cricut.com. If you post on that thread you are entered for a chance to win one of 100 cartridges (20 per week for five weeks) that they are giving away.

As well, if you post about the contest on your blog you will receive another chance to win.

What is the 100th cartridge? It is the brand new and fabulous "Winter Wonderland" cartridge. You can find out more details about the cartridge here. This is definitely one I hope to add to my collection very soon.

The thread for week one of the giveaways can be found here. Good luck to all those who enter :)

Turtle Card

I created this card using the Life Is A Beach cartridge for my Cricut and the Quickutz Rocks die. The stamp comes from a Fancy Pants set of acrylic stamps. I added some Stickles to the turtle shells. I used my Fiskars border punch for the bottom of the card.

I created it for my friend Hannah's baby shower for her adorable baby Jack. My friend Mellissa organized a fantastic shower for Hannah and Jack, with some help from some fabulous people. It was a great evening and I sure enjoyed hanging out with so many fantastic friends. Thanks Mellissa!!!!! Congratulations Hannah and Jack!!!!!

I Made A Card Using My Cricut

Yes, that's right!!!! I used my Cricut!!!! I made a card using the Life Is A Beach cartridge. I think it turned out pretty cute. I'll take a pic of it tomorrow in the daylight and hopefully get it posted for you to see.

Here's Another Christmas Layout

I love the wonderful kits from Two Scrapbook Friends. They are so easy to put together and look fantastic when finished. The ladies there are so talented when it comes to creating kits.

This one uses a Santa cut from the Cricut cartridge "Paper Doll Dress Up". The photos are from the day that Santa came to our house to see the children. He was everything you would hope Santa would be - patient, kind, warm hearted, friendly, and very authentic. The paper is by Scribble Scrabble.

Susan Bluerobot Has Awesome Blog Candy

If you own a Cricut and you have the Design Studio or Sure Cuts A Lot, then you have probably heard of Susan Bluerobot. Susan very generously posts ideas and files for people to use with their Cricuts. Her work is absolutely amazing!!!! I only recently acquired Design Studio and I'm hoping to set it up on Gary's new laptop. Once I have it up and running, I will be visiting Susan's blog on a regular basis. Susan is very excited - her blog counter is very close to clicking over the 200,000 mark. In honour of this, Susan is offering some wonderful blog candy from ALOTA Rubber Stamps. Post a comment on her blog and you will get a chance to win this wonderful blog candy. While you are there take a look around and see what wonderful things Susan has posted on her blog. Have fun :)
Big thank you to Susan for offering this wonderful treat to us :) You rock!!!!
